Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (relevant certifications such as Series 7/63, CFP, or similar may be preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking operations, investment products, or financial planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, listen actively, and communicate effectively to resolve issues and provide guidance.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data, perform basic calculations, and understand financial statements.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information, processing transactions, and maintaining documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems or financial software for client management.
