Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven individual to take on the role of Mortgage Loan Specialist. In this capacity, you will be tasked with generating new mortgage transactions for the institution, guiding applicants through the loan process, and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and aligning applicants with appropriate mortgage options
- Assisting clients in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation
- Conducting initial underwriting assessments
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the application and closing phases
- Building referral networks with industry professionals to enhance business opportunities
Compensation Package:

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in mortgage loan origination
- In-depth understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and lending regulations
- Proficient in analyzing financial data with strong interpersonal skills
