Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, online chats, and emails, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers by providing information regarding products, purchases, and scheduling deliveries or pickups.
  • Facilitate online transactions, including managing shopping carts and order modifications.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders, including payment verification to avoid delays.
  • Act as an advocate for customers by coordinating product repairs, service requests, and warranty claims.
  • Process transactions and address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide solutions for issues related to damaged items and delivery challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Leadership Team to achieve optimal customer resolutions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to financing options.
  • Respond to social media messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and strong time management capabilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous.
  • Education and Training:
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
