In this position, you would have the ability to improve sales processes, create and analyze reports, and stay on top of cutting edge SEO tactics. Providing direct support to the company’s CSO and CEO, the Sales Operations Project Manager facilitates conference details, appointments, maintains sales leads, and helps generate strategic and compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain and update sales tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and sales dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in sales/client meetings and calls to understand their needs and provide support as needed
- Develop presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to support sales initiatives
- Organize and coordinate company participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events
