Project Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Project Sales Representative will be responsible for selling field service projects in their assigned territory. This outside sales position requires the ability to obtain orders/contracts for products or services, and the representative will work from a remote office, reporting directly to the Sales Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed Key Performance Indicator targets assigned by Management
- Meet/exceed sales targets and other performance quotas assigned by Management
- Develop an annual Field Service Sales Plan and Field Service Forecast for assigned territory
- Follow the Company's defined Sales Process and effectively manage sales territory using Salesforce
- Create and maintain a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule for calling on customers with potential field service opportunities in assigned territory
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated and high-energy individual with a desire to be successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of or in combination with education
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to comply with Company's substance abuse policy
- Sales experience a plus; industry experience a plus; experience using Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
