Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Strategies for Change Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of campaign-related projects and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation according to campaign strategy.
  • Facilitate effective and clear communication of project updates to team members, stakeholders, and campaign leadership.
  • Proactively manage project budget by estimating costs for resources/materials, tracking expenses, and appropriately allocating funds.
  • Identify and mitigate any risks, obstacles, or delays to the project and team.
  • Collaborate with campaign leadership and engage with key stakeholders, community leaders, and donors to align with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field AND/OR 3+ years of related experience working in project management.
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
  • Knowledge of political landscape and campaign dynamics.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
