Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Potomac Elevator Company LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our elevator modernization projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all modernization projects, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Assist in conducting surveys, preparing estimates, and drafting project contracts.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Field Manager to finalize project contracts and ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage project schedules, including manpower and resource allocation, to ensure on-time completion.

- Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as required by the Field Manager.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and regular updates to customers.

- Ensure project profitability by tracking labor hours and material costs.

- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to optimize scheduling and deployment of mechanics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction, business) or equivalent experience.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Project Manager.

- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
