The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and demand generation, including Account-based Marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and advertising platforms. The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive demand and pipeline growth for PRGX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Spearhead the development, execution, and measurement of digital marketing strategies and campaigns, encompassing online advertising, website, SEO, SEM, social media, and Account-based Marketing (ABM).

· Employ strategic planning and analysis to enhance the impact of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.

· Oversee SEO and SEM efforts, applying a data-driven approach to optimize performance and increase traffic growth.

· Drive the implementation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to maximize engagement and conversion within target accounts.

· Leverage expertise in data analysis to drive decision-making, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing ROI.

· Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms, with a focus on enhancing automation and efficiency.

· Drive effective demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.

· Manage digital marketing budget and track marketing ROI across channels.

· Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

· Manage and cultivate relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or related fields. MBA preferred.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand, pipeline and ROI metrics.

· Demonstrated expertise in organic and paid digital channels, including search, social media, online advertising, and demand generation.

· Experience in implementing Account-based Marketing (ABM) platforms (6sense and Demandbase) and ABM campaigns.

· Familiarity with Martech tools and systems, such as Marketo (preferred), Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress (preferred).
