Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in advancing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and orchestrating impactful events. This position demands effective communication, collaboration, and exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Design and implement ABM strategies targeting key accounts with customized campaigns and messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage ABM tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems to execute and assess campaign performance, utilizing data insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce relevant materials aligned with ABM objectives.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and virtual gatherings.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure event objectives align with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Evaluate event success through key performance indicators such as attendance, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or event coordination.
  • Proven track record in managing both internal and external events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Eventbrite, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and ABM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A background in technology, cloud services, or SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory.
