Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of container operations, intermodal transportation, and port logistics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Sales Manager Preferred Requirements Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) Existing network of contacts within the container shipping and logistics industry. Experience with port management software and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems.
