Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for key categories, focusing on cost reduction and value creation
Oversee vendor management and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and lead negotiations to secure optimal terms

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, particularly in BPO and contract labor
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proficiency in procurement technologies, especially Coupa
