Tasks
  • Implement the annual objectives of the filtration business unit's Sales plan, aligned with our customers' growth strategies.
  • Cultivate new customer relationships through in-person meetings, presentations, and seminars.
  • Coordinate regional business operations to surpass the set targets for bookings and sales.
  • Address inquiries about custom products while promoting the adoption of standard products when feasible.
  • Engage in both technical and commercial discussions with clients.
  • Target strategic Key Markets to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Identify new applications and markets for our products and suggest appropriate distribution strategies.
  • Report and close cooperation with the existing regional sales manager in order to build up the companies business in US
Requirements
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or environmental engineering
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the filtration sector for the oil & gas industry
  • Skilled in market development
  • Able to work independently and develop strategies with little supervision
  • Success in generating and maintaining direct sales.
  • Experience in negotiating terms and conditions.
