- Serve as the main contact for the executive leader and his executive team, overseeing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team, ensuring they remain organized, well-informed, and prepared.
- Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents for executives.
- Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports on a monthly basis.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings.
- Act as a liaison with the Board of Directors, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the executive team.
- Identify and implement opportunities to engage with the organization to support the leadership team.
