Job Title: B2B Demand Generation Campaign Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA-Hybrid (3 days onsite every week)

Duration: 5+ Months

Job Description:

  • This role of Demand Generation Campaign Manager is to manage Cloud’s global SMB Mid-Market, AI, and Infrastructure Migration Campaigns from inception to completion, including defining success metrics, project execution, post-campaign reporting and analysis.
  • The role partners with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns that include but are not limited to paid media, email marketing, event marketing and/or sales enablement (inbound & outbound).


Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end from the creation stage to execution stage to reporting and learning stage, while managing the timelines and meeting all deadlines.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, etc.) and external agencies to gather inputs, feedback, approvals on campaign creation.
  • Build and design campaigns with a local and global perspective in mind.
  • Work across teams in various time zones to enable Global deployment.
  • Maintain good data health and quality through consistent reporting and tracking.
  • Analyze results and impacts, finding insights and improvements for future activations.
  • Previous Demand Generation experience is preferred.


Experience:

  • Has B2B SaaS experience from previous companies, preferably in a Marketing demand generation role.
  • Is passionate about Cloud platforms, data analytics solutions and / or industries such as retail, manufacturing and finance.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience 4+ years of industry experience in Marketing Demand Generation, B2B marketing, technology or related industries.
  • 2 years of experience in managing integrated marketing and Salesforce and reporting analytics experience.
  • Must Haves: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment matrix organization
  • Must have program and project management skills
  • Must be self-motivated, passionate about Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Must be a team player who enjoys learning and growing Demand Gen.
  • B2B SaaS experience (Sales or Marketing) is preferred

  • Project management - ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines, and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables.
  • Written and verbal communication skills - ability to clearly convey ideas, project status, and insights and learnings.
  • Problem solving and creative thinking - ability to manage through project roadblocks with limited oversight.
  • Interpersonal skills - ability to to build and maintain relationships with colleagues.
  • Work independently - ability to make recommendations and decisions autonomously.
  • Formal presentation skills - ability to present to all levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to execute at a granular level while thinking strategically.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
