Territory Sales Manager

We are a Consumer Goods distribution company based out of the Midwest that has experienced exponential Regional and National growth since our inception in March 2020. We’re expanding our Wisconsin team and are looking for 2 Territory Sales Managers to represent our internal and partner brands in Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI. We focus on product sales for C-Store, Smoke Shops, Vape Shops and small grocers.
Job Summary
We are looking for salespeople and customer service centric individuals who are passionate about the Consumer-Packaged Goods space. The right candidate will have the responsibilities of calling on assigned retail accounts and ensuring that our brands are well displayed and on our customers shelves. You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with our Retail Customers, merchandising, placing orders and upselling current and new products that our client offers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Calling on new and prospect customer accounts daily
- Building displays and ensuring our product is well positioned in each account
- Educating our customers on our full product stack and upselling where applicable
- Placing orders with our customers if product is needed
- Ensuring that accounts serviced by our distributor partners are being provided great customer service and aware of our full product line
- Territory Route Planning that includes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on the account
- Documenting account activity in our CRM System
- Hitting Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual performance metrics to hit full bonus potential
- Participating in sales and development training to increase professional skills and knowledge base on our full product line
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with CPG
- Great Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Sales ability and likeability; you’ll be the face of our company to many customers
- Experience with ordering, CRM, and route planning technology is a plus
- Have a Valid Driver’s license and must be 21 years of age
- Distribution or CSG experience is a plus
- College Degree preferred
