Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily sales operation in your territory
  • Establish residential sales profit objectives
  • Direct sales distribution by establishing territory quotas and goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and major HVAC equipment suppliers
  • Develop and implement strategic goals
  • Prepare market analysis, tracking monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Establish sales goals and metrics
  • Plan and direct sales and support programs promoting new markets and improving competitive position
  • Attend trade shows, and stay current in technological developments and new products
  • Develop and implement department budget and audit for progress
  • Track product line sales and eliminate any below profitability threshold
  • Maintain positive and cooperative attitude with team and other departments at all times
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records, files, databases, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of technical product and industry; mechanical HVAC knowledge a big plus
  • 5 years progressive sales experience
  • BA Degree in business, marketing or similar with 5 years progressive sales management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
  • Valid Driver License
