What you get to do:

As an HVAC Sales Account Manager, you will handle commercial sales and business development. Exploring new relationships, following up on quotes, mining previous contacts for leads, etc. This role requires some face-to-face meetings with clients, and providing clear and compelling presentations about product solutions. One of your key responsibilities is the development of the lead generation program. The CRM database and other lead generation tools assist you in this task, as does your own creative thinking. You constantly strategize for better ways to generate leads, and you enjoy putting your ideas to the test. Submitting consistent sales reports isn't a problem because you are goal-oriented.



Ideal Candidates:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Min 6 years of experience in HVAC sales, preventative maintenance agreements, and facilities services
  • Great computer skills, with CRM experience a plus
