Business Development Executive

This is a full-time Business Development Executive position available at AtWork Group, located in a beautiful Wiregrass Wesley Chapel office. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads by targeting high-quality prospects. The ideal candidate must have market-related and operations knowledge, as well as sales experience. Staffing or service industry experience is preferred.
The day begins in the office, where tasks are organized for the day. Then, the candidate must personally meet with the hiring managers in the local area to offer their services. As clients require immediate services, the sales process must be kept simple.
The successful candidate will also provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up. Attendance at networking events is a must.
This job offers a competitive base salary, an uncapped monthly commission, and excellent growth opportunities.
