Carillon Green Inc. is a global chemical distributor to the personal care, industrial and household cleaning industry. We specialize in supplying ingredients with offices in Tampa, FL (USA) and satellite offices in Europe and India. We have a strong network of suppliers which allows us to serve our customers with a timely supply, high quality, and the most competitive prices. We believe in integrity and excellence in customer service. It has allowed us to build long-term relationships with our customers. We strive to meet or exceed customer requirements for timelines and reliability. We have grown consistently over the last 12 years and have enjoyed significant growth. Our team does a fantastic job to meet the increasing demand and expectations of our customers, however we need to recruit talented individuals to help deliver exceptional ingredients and customer service to our customers.

Who are you?

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a self-starter with a positive approach and a passion for great customer service. You will be proactive, confident and have negotiation skills that are second to none. You will be responsible for growing the business and spotting new opportunities. You will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are looking to join a successful growing company in an innovative business sector.

 

You need to have: A warm, personable, and trustworthy approach; great attention to detail; the ability to prioritize your workload and effectively manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Customer interaction will predominantly be at the customers’ place of work so efficient territory management and highly developed customer facing skills are essential.

 

What will you be doing?

 

You will be working with our sales team to promote our products and services throughout the USA. Working as part of a small and highly experienced team, your job will be to interact with customers to maximize sales revenue, product placement and profit. • An understanding of basic business financials: sales margins, payment options, credit accounts, pricing options etc.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage customer accounts to achieve sales and profit targets.

• Actively seek out new prospects and opportunities

 

Qualifications

 

• Beauty or chemical background preferred.

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Valid Driver’s License

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 /hour + Commission Benefits:

• Monthly contribution for Health Insurance

• PTO

• 401K

• Part reimbursement towards certification and further education
