Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting NatPay's services and solutions.

 

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business and communication skills
  • Account management experience
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the payroll or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM HubSpot and lead sourcing tools experience is preferred
