Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and experienced Luxury Store Manager to lead our retail store and live studio in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our location, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in managing store operations, leading a team, and enhancing the overall customer experience in our luxury handbag and accessory boutique.


Role Description:


As a Luxury Store Manager, you will:


  • Manage and Lead the Store Team: Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high standards of customer service and maintain the store’s luxury image.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, optimize store performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, addressing any issues promptly and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards and to attract customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the accurate handling of stock.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and enhance store performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback. Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for store improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven retail management experience, preferably in the luxury fashion or accessories sector.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a premium shopping experience.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities and store operations.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury fashion products and industry trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable.
