POSITION SUMMARY: As the General Manager, you will oversee all facets of studio management, encompassing sales and daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in fitness sales or a related industry is preferred
  • Proficient in personal sales development and managing sales teams
  • Experienced in managing diverse revenue streams, including memberships and retail
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and via phone
  • Results-oriented with a competitive spirit and solution-focused mindset
  • Able to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective changes
  • Genuine enthusiasm for fitness
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, skilled in data management, and capable of prioritizing tasks
  • Professional demeanor, punctual, and reliable with a tidy work ethic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the community
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with studio management software
  • A college degree is advantageous

*This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking efforts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to schedule introductory classes
  • Drive sales for memberships and retail products
  • Efficiently manage staff scheduling
  • Supervise the sales team
  • Recruit and manage all studio instructors
  • Make independent decisions regarding top-tier customer service
  • Maintain a consistently clean and organized studio environment
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and participate in community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing initiatives to generate leads
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
