We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabin Attendant to join our team at Clay Lacy Aviation. As a Cabin Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and amenities to our clients on board our private jets.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Learn and understand the preferences, needs, and allergies of our clients to provide personalized service.
- Shop and stock the aircraft with owner and charter preferences, and switch out items as needed to maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
- Inventory the aircraft regularly to ensure that all amenities and services are up to par.
- Provide trip information and feedback to our clients through automated surveys.
- Follow up with any issues that may arise during flights and work with our maintenance team to resolve them.
- Responsible for safely loading and unloading aircraft items during regular maintenance events.
- Set up aircraft for showings for potential charter clients.
- 3+ years of directly applicable experience as a Cabin Server.
- Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.
- Must reside within a 2-hour drivable commute range from where the aircraft is based.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License, restricted licenses are not valid for employment at Clay Lacy Aviation.
- Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Valid passport.
- Emergency training certificate from an approved training facility completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid.
- Pre-employment background drug screening.
- CLA Indoctrination training.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to be on-call unless on a scheduled day off.
