Assistant Studio Manager

A distinguished luxury fitness brand is seeking outstanding professionals to elevate our team. We are currently looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who can guide our studio towards excellence.
ROLE: As the General Manager, you will oversee all facets of studio operations, encompassing sales and daily activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness sales or a related industry is highly desirable
- Proficient in personal sales generation and managing sales teams
- Experienced in managing diverse revenue streams, including memberships and retail
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Results-oriented, solution-focused, with a competitive spirit
- Able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes with sound judgment
- A true passion for fitness
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, skilled in data management, and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and maintains a tidy and organized work ethic
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
- Trustworthy and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with studio management software
- A college degree is a plus
*This is a full-time position. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to schedule prospects for introductory classes
- Drive membership and retail sales
- Efficiently manage the staff schedule
- Supervise the sales team
- Recruit and oversee all instructors at the studio
- Independently manage decisions related to top-tier customer service
- Ensure the studio is consistently clean and well-organized
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Coordinate and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned
