What You’ll Do

To continue our growth and success the Reconciliation Specialist position will be responsible for reconciling payments received from online sales orders through Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces. This is an entry level position with a moderate level of complexity. The Reconciliation Specialist will also conduct research within our internal departments to uncover discrepancies in the accounting department. By contributing to our high-level accounting department, the Reconciliation Specialist will help us continue drive company success.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing Excel and internal systems to reconcile payments with sales orders.
  • Ensure funds are posted correctly.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data.
  • Research discrepancies.
  • Issue rebates.
  • Support the Accounting department.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong aptitude, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
  • Expertise in Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Customer Service and professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce a plus.
  • No degree required.
