Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, particularly those related to learning and development.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for project management and agile methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
  • Integrate learning and development initiatives into project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with HR and training departments to align technical projects with organizational learning and development goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience with learning and development, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.


Must have Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating learning and development initiatives within technical projects.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
