We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in learning and development to oversee complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals, with a focus on integrating learning and development initiatives into our technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, particularly those related to learning and development.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Implement and maintain best practices for project management and agile methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
- Integrate learning and development initiatives into project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to align technical projects with organizational learning and development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have hands-on experience with learning and development, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
Must have Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating learning and development initiatives within technical projects.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
