We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to contribute to our mission of enhancing customer experiences with Microsoft Cloud. The Azure Customer Experience Platform (CXP) team is dedicated to transforming our customers into advocates through deep engineering collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate in-depth engagements in areas such as incident management and support.
  • Amplify customer feedback within our team and across the Cloud + AI division.
  • Innovate scalable solutions based on insights gathered from our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering priorities with our quality and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to provide stakeholders with informed recommendations based on identified risks.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree along with 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • A minimum of 3 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements as mandated by Microsoft.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience in coding or technical documentation.
