**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support for the setup and management of our critical demonstrations. This position is vital for ensuring the seamless execution and success of our showcases, which play a key role in presenting our advanced technology and building strategic partnerships.


**Demonstration Setup and Coordination:**
The selected candidate will be tasked with organizing demonstrations in accordance with our established guidelines. This includes comprehending the technical prerequisites, configuring the demonstration environment, and ensuring that all required components are adequately prepared.


**Automation and Workflow Optimization:**
The individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing automation rules for our interactive bot, aimed at enhancing the demonstration process. This involves creating rules to facilitate data entry, minimizing manual errors, and programming the bot to manage common inquiries and tasks efficiently.

The candidate must possess a solid understanding of the bot's functionalities and be equipped to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.


**Device Oversight:**
The individual will oversee the proper configuration and management of devices in line with our standards. This includes ensuring devices meet specified requirements, maintaining accurate records of device usage, and ensuring devices are reset and returned after demonstrations.

The candidate should have a strong grasp of the technical specifications related to the devices and be capable of resolving any issues that may occur.


**Code Management Protocols:**
The selected individual will implement code management protocols to ensure that no last-minute alterations are made that could jeopardize the success of the demonstrations.
