Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project coordination for Feature Devices, creating comprehensive plans to achieve objectives and directing partner integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with Account teams (Design In, Marketing, Sales) to strategize submissions and establish guidelines for key devices and Feature devices.
  • Manage the submission process and input devices into the Device Dashboard, utilizing OLE in partnership with Accounts.
  • Handle post-selection submissions and device inputs through OME in collaboration with Accounts.
  • Coordinate with Worldwide Account Leads to manage the input of Incentive Program devices into the Device Dashboard.
  • Provide timely reporting across Feature Devices, Gaming, and hero marketing as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience with OEM Feature Devices is highly desirable, along with partner and marketing experience with OEM partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are essential. Basic capability to work independently and manage time effectively, along with foundational knowledge of the PC Market, OEM Business, and Windows PCs, is expected.
  • Performance Metrics: Success will be evaluated based on the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information.
  • Experience with Partner Relationships: At least 1 year of experience is required, with a focus on confidence and comfort in client interactions.
  • Technical Skills: A minimum of 1 year of familiarity with computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and client forms.
