We're looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead and manage across multiple teams of Engineers and Technical Program Managers, ensuring the highest standards of security and engineering best practices. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager – Security, you will be responsible for leading a company-wide Security initiative, working closely with product managers, engineering leads, and various internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve aligning engineering deliverables with security KPIs, supporting the team in clarifying requirements, troubleshooting issues, and managing scrum teams to ensure the successful rollout of security initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a large company-wide Security initiative in partnership with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Align engineering deliverables and sprints with SFI KPIs, company standards, and security policies.
- Clarify business, tooling, engineering, and security requirements to achieve impactful outcomes.
- Support action item follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues between Security source of truth systems (S360) and team backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Assign new KPIs and work items across multiple scrum teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Security, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of technical experience, with at least 2+ years as a Security TPM or Product Manager.
- Experience working with security teams, analyzing security risks, and developing security policies and standards.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals and principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must to have:
Experience leading a team, security TPM experience, Scrum teams experience, experience in detailed user story creation, Dev Ops knowledge, skilled with complex excel work.
Must have skills:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience with working in/understanding security fundamentals and principals.
2. Minimum 1 year experience with Azure Dev Ops.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience with high skill/expert level Excel usage.
Preferred Certifications:
- Security training or certifications are highly desired.
