Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Maintaining day-to-day relationships with multiple clients; engaging in and learning their business and respective industries—ensuring client satisfaction and facilitating account growth
  • Developing project plans and respective estimates for a variety of projects; includes collecting necessary information from internal group leaders and inputting into agency software
  • Facilitating work-start meetings with clients and internal teams; overseeing project from start to finish
  • Tracking budgets and processing monthly project billings


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in managing and/or coordinating a variety of projects including web design, traditional marketing projects (branding, print collaterals, ads, etc.) and/or social media
  • Proven experience in client/account services role at an agency, including project management and campaign/strategic planning
  • Experience managing multiple clients, as well as in being the primary point of contact and liaison between the client and agency
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related experience
  • Agency experience a plus
