Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
  • Handle general inquiries via email and ensure messages are relayed accurately.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
  • Inform employees of visitor arrivals and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate to clients and customers.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Use JD Edwards software to manage and update records as assigned by Manager.
  • Other duties assigned by Manager


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional business setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in JD Edwards software is a plus.
