Position Overview

Staff Today Inc is actively seeking a Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.


Compensation: $24 / hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Field Office Director by managing schedules, arranging travel, and processing requests through the State Financial System (SFS).
  • Develop and implement office procedures and management systems for high-priority areas, including personnel management and incident tracking.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate regional conferences, ensuring effective communication and scheduling.
  • Draft and prepare reports and correspondence, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
  • Coordinate personnel activities, including training and onboarding for new staff members.
  • Maintain a safe and functional office environment, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Oversee vehicle logs and ensure timely inspections and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
  • Facilitate communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings and teleconferences with the OMH Commissioner's Office and other divisions.
