We're looking for a growth-centric Brand Marketing Manager to help us achieve our mission of becoming the best. Ideal candidates will be able to work a hybrid schedule at either our New York City office or our Texas Headquarters in DFW (typically 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Some travel may be required.


The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Brand Officer/Chief of Staff and will assist in the corporate objectives to grow broad awareness while strengthening the relationship of existing Great American Family and Great American Pure Flix viewers. The role will be responsible for enforcing brand standards while elevating the brand through strategic initiatives such as fan experiences, brand partnerships, podcasts, merchandise and more.   

 

The Brand Marketing Manager will support a highly motivated marketing team in concepting, developing, and executing campaigns by working with cross-functional teams and external partners.  

 

The ideal candidate will have a creative sensibility and strategic judgment, will be a highly organized self-starter while demonstrating thorough attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments in tracking all projects (including but not limited to social, on-air, publicity, creative services, marketing, digital, content development, platform, and legal). 
  • Oversee the execution of strategic brand initiatives such as fan events, podcasts, sponsorship campaigns, and brand partnerships. 
  • Support team with day-to-day communications with internal key stakeholders and external partners, including project management and administrative tasks. 
  • Identify and engage with new brand partners to further expand brand presence and opportunities for collaboration. 
  • Ensure brand guidelines and voice are maintained consistently across the organization and with external partners, including platform-specific requirements for DTC, Roku, and Amazon. 
  • Continuously ideate and share creative and strategic marketing ideas & stay on top of industry trends. 
  • Other projects and duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 4 years of experience on a marketing team. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Efficient and organized with excruciating attention to detail. 
  • Process-oriented and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
