Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Director to initiate, formulate, and monitor research program activities.
  • Support senior administrators and faculty in program planning, budget management, and submission processes for contracts and grants.
  • Act as the primary administrative liaison with other departments, universities, and organizations involved in research and training programs.
  • Develop and monitor various budgets, ensuring fiscal control and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on administrative and fiscal activities, including staffing, space, and resource management.
  • Represent the program to regulatory agencies, professional organizations, and other research institutions.
  • Oversee and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.


The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a research-related discipline and have at least 5 years of experience in program, project, or fiscal management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. While knowledge of federal regulations affecting clinical trials and medical research is preferred, training in clinical research, financial management, and program planning will also be highly valued.
