At CV Project LLC, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Research and Development efforts. As our Director of Research and Development, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the Fintech market.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in emerging technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture. You'll lead a cross-functional R&D team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions, utilizing micro service, cloud engineering, and containerized technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the strategic R&D roadmap to drive innovation and growth.
  • Leading a cross-functional R&D team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies, industry trends, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the R&D team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
  • Managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Staying current on industry trends and technologies to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading R&D teams in the Fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery and deployment on cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering complex, technology-driven projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of financial industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and standards in the industry, ensuring R&D activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
