Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Schedules appointments and helps coordinate and facilitate meetings for the dealership's principals and other management personnel
  • Composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports; may prepare, transcribe, compose, edit and distribute agendas and/or replies to requests for information
  • Prepares or assists with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports; performs basic information gathering as specifically directed
  • Maintains and assists with mailing accounts - UPS/Courier
  • Administrator for Zoom and Bluescape accounts
  • Coordinates catering and events including client breakfasts, lunches and some evening industry events at the showroom
  • Assists with facility and showroom related issues, i.e., requests for general repairs, HVAC issues, janitorial matters, lighting, alarm system
  • Any miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years proven business and/or office management/administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
