Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Principal Investigator, including screening mail, preparing letters, and coordinating daily calendars.
- Reference Management: Maintain and update reference manager databases, incorporating reference citations and lists in manuscripts.
- Communication: Communicate information to the Principal Investigator when out of town, and answer telephone calls, screen calls, and take messages.
- Grant Preparation: Assist in preparing grants applications for the Principal Investigator.
- File Management: Organize files and scientific journals in the Principal Investigator's office.
- Administrative Duties: Perform routine administrative duties as required by the supervisor.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum one year of applicable work experience required; some additional training in office systems or other post-high school education preferred.
