Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee and manage various programs, projects, and events. This role involves creating and implementing administrative systems, maintaining program records, and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage assigned programs, projects, or events, ensuring successful execution.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Manage program-related digital content, including maintaining web pages, websites, or other program materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and tracking work with minimal supervision.
    • Basic to advanced proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with maintaining digital platforms such as websites or intranet pages.
  • Familiarity with budget management and reporting.
