Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM):
  • Manage and maintain the organization's MDM platform (specify platform name, e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune).
  • Configure and implement security policies, device restrictions, and application deployment for iOS devices.
  • Oversee the enrollment process for new iOS devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues for end-users.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to optimize mobile device security and performance.
  • Apple iOS Management:
  • Configure and manage iOS devices for optimal functionality within the corporate environment.
  • Assist users with setting up and troubleshooting common iOS issues (e.g., email, Wi-Fi, app installation).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest iOS updates and security patches, ensuring timely deployment.
  • Windows Deployment:
  • Utilize scripting tools to automate the installation of Windows 11 on compatible Windows 10 devices.
  • Troubleshoot issues arising during the Windows deployment process.
  • Maintain documentation for all deployment procedures.
  • General Desktop Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users for a variety of desktop and mobile device issues.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while resolving user inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
  • Proven experience with a mobile device management (MDM) platform (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune).
  • In-depth knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and iOS device enrollment protocols.
  • Experience with script writing for automating Windows deployments (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.
