Business Development Manager

Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Business Development Network Regional Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL.
POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is a full-time position working for Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS) supporting the Department of Veterans Medical Disability Evaluation (MDE) program. As an Examiner Network Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our recruitment efforts, nurturing relationships with providers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of recruiters and oversee team meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions with team members, and collaborate closely with leadership to strategically focus recruitment efforts in areas of need. Your primary goal will be to maintain a robust provider network while fostering positive relationships with both our clients and provider partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field or previous experience working in MDE Examiner Network Development, Business Development, or a related field, particularly in a lead capacity.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
· Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
· Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 3-5 years of previous sales experience.
· 2-3 years of management experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
· Oversee and track the volume of exams needed to be completed across all specialties, ensuring quotas are met and maintaining high standards of quality.
· Make strategic decisions on which recruiter will be working on each location and specialty, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
· Manage a large group of Business Development team members, including team lead, and conduct 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports.
· Deliver expectations to the team in a clear and precise manner, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
· Regularly inspect the performance of the recruitment team, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
· Provide feedback on performance through reports, verbal, and written communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement strategies to increase or decrease the volume of availability within the examiner network as needed, based on demand and capacity.
· Work jointly with the Examiner Liaison Regional Manager to enhance team collaboration and communication, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting organizational goals.
· Manager may attend regional conferences and/or networking events and be responsible for representing Loyal Source and the MDE Program in a professional manner.
