About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible work experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
