Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
NETbilling, a Santa Clarita based merchant account ISO since 1998, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with Merchant Services Sales Experience to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work both from home, on the road, and at our Valencia, CA office. You will play a key role in advancing our mission to empower businesses with smart, efficient payment solutions, backed by world-class services, award-winning customer support, and transparent pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Acquisition & Growth: Actively pursue and expand your customer base, utilizing a diverse range of products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
· Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with NETbilling's offerings.
· Industry Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of merchant services, pricing guidelines, payment gateways, and various card processing verticals including e-commerce, retail, and B2B.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal departments to achieve and exceed sales goals.
· Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and card acceptance routines to offer tailored NETbilling solutions.
· Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various methods, including cold-calling, Internet ads, trade shows, and networking events.
· Customer Support: Provide ongoing education and consultation to clients, assisting them with pricing analysis and proposal creation.
· Industry Involvement: Represent NETbilling at trade shows and stay current with industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:
