In this hybrid role, you will work both from home, on the road, and at our Valencia, CA office. You will play a key role in advancing our mission to empower businesses with smart, efficient payment solutions, backed by world-class services, award-winning customer support, and transparent pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Acquisition & Growth: Actively pursue and expand your customer base, utilizing a diverse range of products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
· Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with NETbilling's offerings.
· Industry Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of merchant services, pricing guidelines, payment gateways, and various card processing verticals including e-commerce, retail, and B2B.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal departments to achieve and exceed sales goals.
· Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and card acceptance routines to offer tailored NETbilling solutions.
· Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various methods, including cold-calling, Internet ads, trade shows, and networking events.
· Customer Support: Provide ongoing education and consultation to clients, assisting them with pricing analysis and proposal creation.
· Industry Involvement: Represent NETbilling at trade shows and stay current with industry trends and regulations.
