Role Overview:

NETbilling, a leading merchant account ISO, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to empower businesses with innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Acquisition & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand our existing base, leveraging a range of products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with NETbilling's offerings and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of merchant services, payment gateways, and various card processing verticals, including e-commerce, retail, and B2B, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal departments to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and card acceptance routines to offer customized NETbilling solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various methods, including cold-calling, Internet ads, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing education and consultation to clients, assisting them with pricing analysis and proposal creation.
  • Industry Involvement: Represent NETbilling at trade shows and stay current with industry trends and regulations.
