Description of Responsibilities:
- Receiving EDIs
- Preparing Seasonal shipping PO logs
- Monitoring Shipment Fulfillment
- Call out missing styles approaching cancel dates
- Ensure pickups are happening
- Late styles reports
- Creating monthly Sell In Sell out report for GAD and EAD
- Creating Master Style Lists for all GAW / EAW accounts
- Master Wishlist creation during market
- Checking Sales Admin’s total order bookings
- Creating order Confirmations
- Scheduling EAW models and reserving the showroom for market appointments
- EAW Sample pricing
- Coordinating sample send outs for photo shoots
- Creating Shoot styling notes/packing lists for send outs
- Sample closet organization
- Fulfilling copy requests
- Monitoring retailer.com sites to ensure all images are posted in time
- Creating RA WSA requests
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in excel i.e. comfortable with formulas, pivot tables etc.
- Some related market week experience preferred.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $23-$25 per hour based on experience.
