Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at NewCo Capital Group in Miami, FL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience: Prior experience as an administrative or executive assistant is often preferred, demonstrating a track record of supporting high-level executives.
