Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple high-stakes, complex technical projects simultaneously
  2. Further develop project management best practices across the organization
  3. Mentor team members
  4. Act as the primary liaison between our technical teams, executive leadership, and key clients
  5. Participate in high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes
  6. Implement and maintain advanced project management systems and processes
  7. Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  8. Develop and maintain executive-level KPI and OKR dashboards
  9. Identify and mitigate project and portfolio risks
  10. Optimize resource allocation across the organization
  11. Drive innovation in project management methodologies and tools
  12. Prepare and present high-level reports on project status and operational performance
  13. Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
  14. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication at all levels


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches)
  • Ability to understand technical requirements of a project
  • Experience in managing project budgets
  • Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, specifically Agile within the Scrum framework
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Agile, PMP or other relevant advanced certifications are preferred


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise-level project management and portfolio management tools
  • Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to the base salary, Harbor offers PTO, sick time, a hybrid work environment (in-office in the NYC area 1-2 days per week), medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee, as well as access to an employee equity pool.
