Job Summary: We are seeking tech-savvy individuals with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for puzzles and riddles to join our dynamic team as Claims Investigation Specialists. This role involves investigating claims of non-receipt, utilizing various systems and SQL queries, and making informed decisions based on your findings. Candidates should be comfortable working from home, disciplined, and capable of managing their time effectively.
Duration: Long-term contract, with no plans to convert to a permanent position.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
On-Site Location: Bloomington, MN
Key Responsibilities:
- Queue Management: Log in to our systems daily and manage your assigned queue of cases.
- Investigation: Analyze cases, examine various data points, and investigate claims of non-receipt.
- Decision-Making: Apply investigative findings to determine the appropriate course of action for each case.
- Collaboration: Seek assistance when needed and collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases.
- System Navigation: Utilize our order management system, reshipment processing system, and approximately 15 other systems to gather necessary information.
- Customer Interaction: Listen to customer calls, read chat transcripts, and research customer and driver information to gather evidence for case resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using technology to solve problems.
- SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL queries is preferred; ability to quickly learn and use prewritten queries.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and an interest in solving puzzles and riddles.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on gathered data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work: Self-disciplined and mature enough to work independently from home.
Preferred Experience:
- Law Enforcement: Experience in law enforcement is a plus.
