Starting Salary: $100,500 - $134,250 annually, based on a standard 38:45-hour work week. Salary is contingent upon skills and qualifications, with the upper range reserved for candidates with substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Our team is dedicated to fulfilling the commitments made to our customers, ensuring they recognize the value we provide during challenging times. The HCCS Stewardship team manages property claims with consistency and predictability, typically involving minimal volume fluctuations in a call center setting. Claims may require one or two inspections by an assigned claims specialist.

As a Team Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the management of assigned claims personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and control claims operations, including investigations and payment processes
  • Facilitate communication and implementation of new company programs and policies
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and relevant legal requirements
  • Foster employee development within an inclusive environment

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. Initial training may require a greater in-office presence to enhance your learning experience.

Work hours are subject to change based on business needs, and successful candidates should be flexible with their schedules, including potential overtime and irregular hours.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in claims operations or call center environments
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities
